The expected ship dates made me giggle

Has anyone bought any Aeraline products and, if so, can vouch for improvement in fabric quality/pilling status compared to Breathe? I thought Lindsey said they worked on it, but I’m hesitant to buy. Unfortunately, I think the Aeraline line is the cutest in Paradiso pt 2.

$195 resale for a $70 top is a ~179% markup lol

I’ve worn this bra twice and washed it once… however, the inside label has almost completely fallen off. Lol I found the letters sticking to my body after I took the bra off. Has this happened to anyone else?

This isn’t really a rant, but rather I’m just amused by how every time I’ve emailed them with an order issue (whether it’s wildly delayed shipping, no order confirmation after purchase, incorrectly fulfilled order, what have you), they always seem to be experiencing a “very high volume of emails” and remind me that it may take “longer than usual” to respond.

My point is, if this is the status quo in terms of the way the brand operates (in general, definitely not just as it pertains to email response times), which it seems like it is, I wish they’d just embrace it or simply acknowledge it instead of pretending to be caught off-guard every time.

At the very least it’s a very on-brand auto-response email lol
