i requested a refund on a failed purchase
hello, i filed for a refund in apple support for a failed purchase in the game. for context: i bought moonshot evo which is just name "$4.99 pack" in the app store then i tried to buy rhythm prelude after 5 days which again is name "$4.99 pack" in the app store but the rhythm prelude didn't go through yet my money was taken from my bank so i filed for the refund.
a day later, when i logged into the game it said that the refund i requested is processed but i was blocked from playing as they identified my refund request wrongly. i raised the concern to the customer service support in game but haven't received any response. where else can i go? i'm a bit worried since i'm gonna be behind for the event in my server.
p.s i also rechecked the apple support status of claims to verify if i got the right product to refund and it showed the correct one.
