Now that the deadline has passed for our reviews... Do we know the dollar amount/percentage raise for each level?

"Needs Improvement" is zero, but what are Achieves, Exceeds, Outstanding?

Also, vent away about the ratings. For me, the season of performance reviews has me feeling a sort of way since my peers got to weigh in and shape the opinion. Maybe I'm old school, but I don't feel like my teammates should have a say in how much of a raise I get. Luckily, none of them did me dirty.
