New to Pacman frog care
Im one of the people that fell for the trap that is the petco pacman frog desk pet display. I've owned reptiles before including crested geckos, ball pythons etc but am new to owning a frog and just wanna give this little guy the best life I can. Ive done a lot of research this past week ive owned him, but would still appreciate some pointers. Hes currently in a 20 gal tank and I decided to take the bioactive enclosure route and put a golden Pathos, nerve plant, and fern in with him as well as bought a 7% UVB light, and heating pad but im having issues keeping the temp and humidity up. He hasn't eaten yet, im assuming because its too cold but what's the best way to get him to eat? Also impacting is a concern for me aswel so should I monitor him when he eats? The enclosure is still a work in progress and im working on getting some springtails and isopods, but im not sure the best type to get that won't harm my frog. Any and all advise is appreciated!
