I’m taking my GED Math test soon and I’m honestly not sure what I should be studying. For anyone who has taken it, how hard was the actual test compared to the GED practice tests?
What topics showed up the most? And what should I actually focus on studying instead of wasting time trying to learn everything?
Also, are there any topics you wish you had studied more before taking the test?
I’m currently in beauty school to become an esthetician and would love to hear from people who are already in the industry.

How much do you make as an esthetician, and are you paid hourly, commission, tips, or a combination?
How long did it take you to find your first job after graduating?
Was it difficult to get hired with little/no experience?
If you work for yourself, how long did it take you to build up a steady client base?
How much were you making when you first started vs. how much do you make now?
Do you work at a spa/salon, med spa, dermatologist office, or independently?
Would you recommend becoming an esthetician financially?
I’m especially interested in hearing realistic experiences, including what people made when they first started and how long it took to become financially comfortable.
What questions do they ask at typically at an interview? Does everyone always get a second interview or is it usually just one. I’ve read quite a few things about 2 interviews.
I have an interview for a hostess position coming up on August 12th. Any tips or things I should know? I have 2 proof of identification. I have the physical copy as well a folder of it printed and my resume in it and a copy of my food handlers card. I plan on bringing the printed version for them to have a copy as well as the physical copy of it.
What is your experience working at Olive Garden? I have an interview there for being a hostess coming up. I want to know if it’s a good job.
