How many hours should I realistically be putting in studying?

I just started my radiography program so i'm still finding my balance of being back in school full time/ work/ personal life etc. I figure I should probably spend about an hour a day looking over notes etc and then put more hours in before a test? Im just curious what others would do so I don't feel like I'm slacking for only doing an hour lol.

Im from Long Island, NY and I moved to FL over a year ago and this winter was particularly cold. I had probably 10-20 nose bleeds in Jan-Feb but i'm from an area where it would be cold 6 months of the year and I never got them. Did my body get used to the humidity it's so odd to me. It has now stopped but i'm worried for next winter or when I go back up north to visit if it will happen again because it was so annoying would happen at work, store etc and heavy as well.
