Can anyone recommend a replacement main board for my ender 3 max?

My main ender3 had a rather bad accident after a print came loose ending with the entire hotend and microswiss direct drive covered in one giant glob of pla. I had updated the firmware to the jyers firmware with auto bed leveling mesh and a CR Touch and I loved it. Unfortunately it was never released for the ender3 max so I kinda just stopped using it as I never needed the size. Long story short, I went to blow the dust off the max and just deal with manual bed leveling only to find the board failed and all steppers just lock up. So my question is is there an aftermarket board I can swap in that supports bed leveling mesh with the CR Touch. Bonus if it works with the stock ender screen and controls.

Is shooting a solicitor with a super soaker watergun considered assault, battery, or anything else?

Would a "No solicitors. Violators agree to be shot with a water gun" sign be good enough?

Same question but substitute air horn.

Has anyone encountered a bulb killing fixture?

I'm up to my 8th bulb in one particular fixture I've had to either replace or reset. It's an outdoor boob type dual bulb fixture on my front porch. It's a few feet back so it rarely gets wet plus they've died without rain involved. It seems to always happen after power flashes or outages.

No other fixture has had any failures I couldn't attribute to a simple dead light bulb plus I've only had maybe 2 other failures out of 30ish bulbs.

1970's house in the US. No neutrals in any switches so I didn't install smart switches and they are all just left on.

It happened again yesterday after 3 brief power outages (a few seconds). I can no longer ignore the statistics. It's got to be something with the fixture or location. Since both the fixture and dead bulbs have zero indications of moisture intrusion, I'm left questioning the fixture but no logical reason comes to mind.

Edit: I replaced one and reset the second yesterday. They have been on 100% for 24 hours by this point. I just went out, pulled the cover and the bases of both bulbs are barely warm. Roughly 8.6 watts equivalent I'd say. Just for science I put one of my remote temp sensors inside the fixture.
