It’s 2am. I’m awake. And I don’t want brain fog anymore.
I am already seeing an OB, I have an estrogen patch, I have a checkup in a month. I can fall asleep great, can’t stay asleep. But worst of all, I’m having trouble functioning at work. The brain fog is intense. I’m started taking creatine last week, D3 and Omega 3. What has anyone done to get back to feeling normal?
