I got a good deal on these ($144.99 after Mother's Day Special and coupon), but I don't think they are for me. Here's a list of things I'm disappointed with.
- Lack of phone number for service. I have a lot of questions, and no option to talk to a real person.
- The app is VERY confusing.
- The AI agent hasn't been able to answer a single one of my questions.
- I haven't got a full night of tracked sleep data. Maybe that's because the batteries are dying early am? I get tracking until about 3am, started using with blue tooth streaming with auto switch to sleep mode at about 11pm.
- Most features seem 'half baked'. Like the alarm for example - there's a warning that it might not work since the battery might run out. Alarms need to work. I mean why offer that if it isn't going to be reliable in real use cases?
- There are only three sounds available to load directly, without bluetooth.
These aren't it for me, and I am putting in a request for return. Will update about how the company handles this request.
I think I'll try Soundcore A20. I was happy with their A10 for many years. Not considering A30 since the battery life is lower.
