The user in question - u/bandicootlatter6340 - recently sold several DD Mooncat polishes in this group. After purchasing one of the listed polishes, I later discovered that the photos she used were stolen from a Facebook destash post made by someone else on July 8. I have included screenshots of the Facebook pictures.
If you receive polishes from this user, please check them carefully to ensure they are not counterfeit, which I suspect they may be.
EDIT: I called PayPal this morning and they immediately refunded my money. Thank goodness!
The oven was working as normal last night, but when I got up to cook my breakfast this morning, the cooling fan was no longer working. I contacted customer service - see their response in the photo.
Can someone smarter than me confirm that the convection fan is not the same thing as the cooling fan? I hear absolutely nothing when I turn the oven on now, so I have no real way of knowing if the convection fan is still working or not.

A person illiterate about most technology
I think most of us have gotten used to having crappy customer service wherever we go, so I was gobsmacked when I reached out to their CS today and the experience was fantastic.
I made the blueberry biscuits and followed the instructions exactly. They tasted good, but they were overly brown on the top and a little underdone in the middle. I wasn’t expecting anything other than just to let their team know about it in case they needed to tweak the time/cook cycles on the instructions card.
Not only did they offer to refund me for the biscuits, which I didn’t even ask for, but I got an email later on saying it was the temperature on my oven that seemed to be inconsistent so they were going to send me a new oven. WTH? So the CS guy took it upon himself to look at the data from my oven, get with his team, and get me approved for a new oven, all without me even asking. That is unheard of.

I’ve been using the Tovala system for a while and have really been enjoying it. Tonight was my first time cooking meatballs, and holy crap did they make a mess. How have others been cooking them to avoid the splatter?
