This was my first time trying it and I was really surprised at how tasty it was! What are some of your favorite dishes?

I’ve been using the Tovala system for a while and have really been enjoying it. Tonight was my first time cooking meatballs, and holy crap did they make a mess. How have others been cooking them to avoid the splatter?
