fix completely messed up sleeping schedule
does anyone have any tips that could help me, even if it’s just a small help it would do a lot. I’ve struggled with insomnia my whole life, literally since i am born. The last 2 years i fall asleep every single day at 10-11 am., i just can’t sleep, it’s terrible and it’s just been so many years. I Wake up at like 8-9 pm. I am mentally ill, struggle with many different disorders, i can’t go out or do anything, i think that makes it even more hard to sleep cause i dont get any exercise during the day or anything big to wake up for, and also thinks would be at least tiny bit better if i would fix my sleep. I tried a lot but nothing seems to ever help, i took many different strong medications and a tons of more things but there’s just never something that helps enough, i can easily go through days without sleeping or getting tired, if i wouldn’t be on meds rn. I would really be glad about any tips
