Wide Hot Feet - Sandal / Slide Recs.

I’ve got very wide flat feet and have all my life, never had an arch and have feet shaped like bricks. My feet thankfully don’t cause me any pain, apart from trying to find shoes.

My feet are 30cm long and 12cm wide at the toebox AND 12cm wide midfoot.

On top of that my feet run hot, I’ve tried on Crocs and similar moulded clogs but they make my feet hot and sweaty even with lightweight merino wool socks. My daily drivers are Brooks Beast Size 13(UK) 4E.

My feet are too wide for Birkenstocks and the spill out over Teva Universal.

Any recommendations for a sandal or slide that’d fit my feet would be great appreciated.

Shavent 2.0 vs Leaf OG for head shaving?

Been reading up on the sub for the last few weeks and I’ve narrowed it down to these 2 models to replace my Gillette Fusion 5. Mainly because I’ve got an occipital knob/lump and don’t trust myself not to slice the back of my head to shreds.

I was wondering if anyone had experience or preference between the two?

Also any synthetic brush and shaving cream recommendations would be appreciated?

Newbie Head Shaver Recs. (UK)

Just started shaving my head, I started using the Braun Series 9 Pro, which seemed good, but leaves my head looking really red when I try getting a BBS finish, and the redness only fades once the hair grows back. It feels likeThe hair also grows back really quickly.

I tried using a Gilette Fusion cartridge and got some nice results and no redness or irritation, so wondered about switching for better results and because cartridges are £££.

I’ve only got experience using a straight razor for lining up my beard. Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated? I don’t have any other equipment and I’m just using some Gilette shaving foam.
