are some chinese commons also exclusive?

there are some very cool arts from the gem pack series but i’m wondering if only the SIR’s are exclusive and all the commons are from global sets or if there’s a mix or if they are all exclusive. I also was wondering if there’s a good way to check a card in different languages, thank you guys!!
