Has anybody else noticed this?
(Not sure what to put as the flair, probably Botched Tarts? History maybe?)
It seems like the blue icing on Wild Berry has regressed, possibly due to something in 2018 (likely the More Frosting thing or a cost-cutting measure they did at some point.)
If you look up a photo of a Wild Berry tart prior to 2018, you might be able to see why.
184/92 BPM is ideal for the gemmy spinning snowflake snowman audio
So a while ago, I decided to try and look for a Snow Miser MIDI, and I came across sheet music that said the BPM was 92
Double that, and you get 184.
Some (if not most) audio rips of the snowman come out at different speeds, so I decided to edit the speed of the audio using FL Studio's stretching to make it fit the 92/184 BPM thing, and it came out sounding normal, like the original Snow Miser song.
snowman face, but what if it were transparent?
hot new roblox face i guess lol
I just found this while looking at box flat listings
First image is from 1981, while the second one is from 1985..
They used the same photo but repositioned it to make it consistent with the other boxes, which is interesting...
Both of these box flat images were found on WorthPoint
This miiight be plausible
Remember the post I made about an old website I found about a Pop-Tart cafe from 1999-2003?
Well I decided to take a closer look at the images.
First snippet: I believe this is Raspberry, as the logo's color is pink like Cherry, but it's not as deep of a pink. It's not Strawberry either, because that's way more red than it is pink.
Second snippet: You can see the difference between Cherry and Strawberry, as Cherry has a much darker flavor color.
More research: So it seems that the fruit on the middle left edge of the box's front is the same for both Strawberry & Raspberry, though Raspberry has 2 of them there. Given that the blurry pixel blob next to the first t in 'tarts' is not big enough to be two raspberries, then yeah that's Strawberry.
Still a shame we don't have a high quality view of the Raspberry box besides a closeup from an old home movie from 1998, though.
Something Cursed (Ringbind)
I guess you could use him if you want to
also the 3D portions (that make up most of the design) that weren't hand-edited were made with PowerPoint from Microsoft Office 2010
Unusual UK box variant I found in a news article
So I was searching for more images of the pop-tart boxes from the UK from the 2000s, and I stumbled upon this from a news article it seems. The article's from July 2015, so we might know when they stopped using the orange boxes.
Speaking of the orange boxes though, they seem to have used the same flavor banner and pop-tart graphic, just repositioned.
Font for "Noise escape theme"
I asked a few people over Discord if they knew what this font was, and neither of them knew. I think it's some sort of font ripped from a game, used in this video where they talk about development for a video game.
Polished and Stylized Slim
Made in Clip Studio Paint for mobile.
It's a bit rough around the edges, but I decided to try blending soft and hard shading together.
Quick drawing of that one pop-tart from the old commercials
A friend of mine wanted me to ask this question about layering
How would it be possible to achieve the effect seen on the bottom left, like the line of the eyes go over the color of the hair, but the white of the eye remains covered?
(He doesn't want his workspace to be cluttered either btw)
Font used for "The Simpsons... gone purple!"
A friend wanted me to try and find this font, but I couldn't, using either Fontspring, Fontsquirrel or WhatTheFont
Stylized Slim
Quick little sketch I made in Clip Studio Paint
A box of Frosted Raspberry from 1998 (evidenced by the angled Kellogg's logo on the top left corner, presumably with the rising sun on it too)
It's not a full view, but at-least we know it's Raspberry.
And this print ad from 2002, which has a very zoomed in look at the paste up used on said box.
Vanilla flavor? I've heard of Chocolate Vanilla Creme and Vanilla Milkshake, but just plain vanilla?
I have not seen or heard of this flavor before. I don't know what era this one even released in, and there's not enough information on it.
Pop-Tarts, elaborate please!
Context: I discovered that the official Pop-Tarts site had a gallery of all their discontinued flavors, even the most recent discontinued ones. Cherry Chip never got acknowledged, but this mysterious Vanilla flavor is in there...
It turns out we do have a brief look of what looks to be Apple Cinnamon & Chocolate Vanilla Creme on those racks, although I doubt that Apple Cinnamon has the drizzle on it. Mystery flavor on print ad, not solved yet.
Edit: I should've shared the site link, so here it is: https://wunderland.com/LooneyLabs/PTCafe/Default.html
