Had to get the picture in before I put the rest of the cilantro. The salsa is a simple homemade jalapeno cremosa that seems to go with everything.

One question... For the tortillas I'm going with a 1:1.4 masa (white maseca) to water ratio and it seems like I have the texture right and there's zero cracking when pressed, but they refuse to puff up when they heat up. Otherwise they're cooking absolutely perfectly. Is this just a difference between white and yellow masa flour or is there something I can do when I'm prepping...
