Day 7

I’m at the end of day 7 & I was hoping people would share their favorite quick/“lazy” whole30 meals because I might lose my mind if I have to continue eating bc baked potato’s and chicken with various seasonings for the next 23 days.. the quick and easy part is critical because I have two 2 y/o’s and today cooking myself dinner lost me a plant lmao

to share my current favorite snack: sliced apples w/ almond butter, cinnamon & pecans!

day 3

On day 3 of whole30 today. Is it standard to feel like there’s literally 0 energy in my body? I’ve been prioritizing fruits, veggies, proteins, and healthy fats and making sure I hit enough calories for my body’s needs; but, I’m out on my daily walk right now (I walk 3-5 miles every day) and am finding it so challenging today and feel like I’m moving at a snails pace. Does this pass?

OMAD weight loss

Hi all! I’ve been doing OMAD for 21 days, and in that time have lost about 9 pounds; however the app I use tracks estimated true weight and calculates water fluctuations, etc. so it says I’ve lost around 4 pounds of actual fat. I’m hitting around 20-22 hours of fasting per day, and keeping my intake to around 1400-1500 calories, steadily losing about 1.5 pounds per week. I was wondering if anyone has any advice on quickening pace a bit? Nothing crazy, I’d just like to hit a solid 2 pounds lost per week. I’m getting married in November and want to feel my best! I don’t have a whole bunch of time to work out (I’ve got two toddlers, so basically that is my workout haha), but I’m willing to try to sneak something in if it’s easy enough to incorporate into a stay at home mom schedule. I’m also currently 5’7 and 189 pounds if that helps. Thanks in advance!
