Just started collecting about 2 months ago, mostly at my local flea market. Made a lot of good finds already!
I managed to snag these during the Sentai summer sale during its last hour. I hadn't ever heard of Sentai till that night, and panicked when I saw how good the prices were! I very nearly missed these until fate intervened.
I feel as if I took the blu-ray and dvd lover plunge far too late. Everything is OOP! Why? Is there a particular reason so many popular shows are just imppssible to buy for reasonable prices now? Did some company drop the ball and screw the average otaku over?
Quite excited about these, basically all blind buys. I like to pick up any DVD of something I don't recognize or isn't streaming to begin with, but Criterions I'm especially never going to pass up. All of these films look very interesting, and I'm very much looking forward to watching them.
Probably going to check out The Virgin Spring first, as I've never seen a Bergman! Any thoughts?
