Anyone go from adventure style bike to an Indian 101 Scout?

I have had 9 different motorcycles in my life. I'm currently riding a 2024 Triumph Tiger 1200 -- an adventure style bike. It's a great motorcycle. But I find myself wanting to return to a cruiser. I wish I could own two bikes! Wife is a hard no on that. I test rode a scout classic and loved it, but the 101 scout would be my pick if I made the switch as I'm an aggressive rider and want the better braking.

Anyone else done a switch like this?

Prep of attic floor for LVP?

My wife and I just moved into an older home. We want to lay LVP in the attic. The original attic floor is stable and strong but it definitely dips and crowns and is fairly rough. My thought is to lay 3/4" plywood and then do the LVP, but I know the surface still won't be perfectly level. It's an attic anyway! But if anyone has recommendations or things I should reconsider, your advice is appreciated.

Contractor for a small garage build?

Hi all, if anyone has advice about building a small garage, I'd love your input. I am hoping to close on an older home in the Grandin Road area in 3 weeks. There's no garage currently (gasp!). I'm hoping to build a minimum of a 12' x 16'. Unfortunately, a truck can't deliver a pre-fab garage due to carport/driveway constraints, so I was thinking of looking for a contractor to do a stick build on a concrete slab.
