I have 3 great danes that I am struggling carrying for because my wife has recently taken a job where she is never here, last month she was here 8 days and 4 days in February. Like tonight one of them has diarrhea and I'm afraid to got to bed because I wouldn't hear her if she had to go out, which will lead to an accident in the floor. Great dane size accident's are nightmare fuel. I've already spent over 1200 dollars on these accidents since she took the job in January.

That said, this is what I am offering. I have a 900'ish sqft basement that is partially finished. We have drywall, electrical, and a bar built. I will build this to someones spec if they're willing to move in and help me with my dogs. I have 1 female and 2 male dogs, the male dogs gravitate to females, so I would prefer that person be a female because it would make it to easier interact with the dogs. Also that person should have some experience working with great danes. My lightest is around 120 lbs and my biggest is above 150 lbs.

Furthermore, I will rent out the place for the low cost of ZERO dollars. It has a separate entry way in, a fridge, microwave. The only thing that is missing right now is a bathroom but we are already talking about getting it installed in the near future. The only expenses you would need to cover is a rough estimate of how much of the utilities have gone up.

About me, I work in tech and during the day it's hard to disturb me or reach me. My wife on the other hand works in AI and is never home. I do get a little freaky some nights though, I have a larger sound system and from time to time I turn up some KoRn, Metallica, NIN, and occasionally EDM. That will shake the house....

There's more to find out but this is just a initial post to figure it out if there is anyone interested in basically being a live in dog manager for only having to cover utility increases (Xcel, CenturyLink, Water, Trash, etc). Bonus points will be added if you're into ham radio and / or want to have over 85 terabytes of streamable media accessible inside the house. All of my network Access Points are wifi7 and I can handle upwards of 900 clients on my property with my enterprise gear.

Other important things, we're cool if you 420 out back, just not in the house. ACID / Shrooms are alright in our book as well, We just don't want anything hard being brought in the house.

Timelines, if I find someone who is interested, I can get everything built out and finished probably around the end of July / First of August. In the event my wife quits her job, I will give you a couple of months to stay around but you'll need to bounce afterwards.
