Hello!

I'm moving to prague this September for Erasmus during the winter semester and I'm struggling to find accomodation.

I've decided I won't be using the university dorms because they do not offer single rooms for erasmus students and for personal reasons I need one. I tried erasmusplay.com but anything that's near the city centre is 700euros+ per month. My budget is 650.

I've been thinking about studentrepublic.cz, specifically the Tesla Residence. Does anyone know anything about it?

Is it worth staying in the centre (ex. Vinohrady)? Being close to the university and all sounds ideal but I am scared that most erasmus students will be at the universities dorms or in other areas like Holešovice.

Does anyone have any advice? I'm trying to find a dorm that will also have erasmus students since it makes socializing easier.

I've saved up money for accomodation in the centre and I've got a budget of 650euros. I am looking for a residence that will also have other erasmus students since I feel like this makes socializing easier.

I know a lot of people find accommodation through facebook but I am also looking at Student Republic (Tesla and Vlkova residences). Does anyone know anything about them?

If you have any tips please let me know
