12 business days and still waiting for an answer on our home loan application - we are also using a broker
This is more of a rant: Its so stressful waiting for an answer on our application. The sellers of the house we have an offer for are so patient and have agreed to 2 extensions thus far. But we just want to know if we can start packing and not live in limbo. Anybody else got approval after 12 days? Edit: we got pre-approval before interest rate and budget night. I should also add this is going through refinancing current house (which will turn into an investment property). Broker said this has been escalated
