How did Octomom happen?

For those of us old enough to remember Octomom of the 2000s - how did they get away with implanting that woman with so many embryos? My Dr said strictly just one at a time bc I'm older and high risk. I've seen people with 2, but never 8! They knew she was fertile enough because she had like 5 or 6 other kids including multiples. I wonder if the doctor ever got in trouble for being unethical. And if you remember that time and want to feel old - the octuplets are now 17 years old!

Seth Aaron inspired by Nazis?

I'm rewatching Season 7 - got to the finale episode. First up was Seth Aaron. He came out before his collection to say he was inspired by 1930s & 1940s German & Russian military? And then said how strong they look in his clothes. That really made me pause. He was inspired by the Nazis? That really threw me off. Has he ever explained that?
