Vet/Clinic recommendations for full diagnostic test

Vet/Clinic recommendations for full diagnostic test

As a follow up to my previous post, may I ask for vet/clinic recommendations that offer a full diagnostic test for cats? (blood work, xrays, physical exam, urinalysis, etc)

I am from Cainta Rizal but am willing to go to clinics in San Juan, Pasig, Makati, Marikina, etc. Anywhere is fine with me as long as they're trusted and can offer the tests na kailangan.

Advice needed - not sure if cat is sick

Please help me figure out if my cat is sick.

For some background, she is 7 years old, used to be anemic but is okay now.

I noticed that she started sleeping with her arched back since September 18. I catch her relaxed and lying down every now and then, but I see her in a hen position / with her back arched and head lowered a bit more often. I’ve also seen her with her right side resting in a loaf position, but her left in a hen position. I don’t know if that means anything.

There were no significant changes in her behavior and routine at first, but then she started peeing smaller clumps than usual (she used to pee 3-4 times a day, fist sized clumps but now she pees clumps a bit bigger than a golf ball and goes 2-3 times a day.

She still plays with her toys, grooms herself, wanders around the house, and she doesn’t hide from me. She also still eats and get excited when I give her her dry k ibble but she doesn't finish her wet fo od in one go like she usually does. Her resting breathing rate is also around 20-30 breaths (I checked multiple times), but I can't tell if the movement is normal/synchronized.

She went to the vet for a blood test and everything came out normal. I’m attaching a photo of the results too. But because she is acting a bit strange, I want to get a urinalysis (I’m just having trouble catching her pee in a cup. Any tips are appreciated) as the next step, but I don't know if I should also be requesting an xray??

I don’t know what to do. I went to two different vets who did a physical exam and said she was okay. But she’s gotten sick before and this is how she used to sleep when something was wrong. I’m not sure if this is a kidney, respiratory, heart problem, or something else. I am scared, I’m not sure what my next step should be.
