paid for a jacket and not received it, no one is doing anything??
i was in a store a couple of weeks ago and i asked if they had a jacket i liked in my size, they said no and told me they could order it online for me with next day delivery.
i paid £70 for it to not arrive. i had an email confirmation but it was just a titled email? strangely, there was nothing actually in the email.
after, i had a lot of emails thanking me for visiting the store, and I HAVE THE PAPER RECEIPT! however customer service are saying there’s nothing they can do since i don’t have an order number and it won’t come up in my order history. i have the bank receipt also. £70 coming out of my account at the store!!!!
help??? is there anything i can do or have i effectively just lost my money? i’ve emailed twice to no avail. i’m quite bummed out about this:(
