Is there a difference between GP and Psychiatrist diagnosis?

I know that GPs who have done training are now able to do ADHD assessments. I will be seeing a GP who I think may have done this training.

I'm wondering if I should still ask to be referred to a psychiatrist for diagnosis? I'm not sure if there is a difference in the outcome for treatment? Or if one is "better" for like demonstrating evidence later? (If I moved would I need to get diagnosed each time I had a new dr?)

I already see a therapist. She urged me to seek an ADHD assessment at our last appointment. I've been seeing her for 2 years for CPTSD/Anxiety and she thinks it's likely I have ADHD. She is also a therapist who works with ADHD clients, so I can still receive support through her.

Anyway, I'm a bit confused by all the changes and options. I have my GP appointment on Monday and I'm pretty anxious about it. It's just an initial consult, so I don't think there will be any assesment done then. But I'm trying to be prepared because I always get anxious at medical appointments and sometimes forget what I need to say.

Should I sell my ETFs now and put it in my Mortgage Offset?

I'm an absolute novice, and there's no one in my family with any significant financial literacy. I'm a bit confused about all the potential changes to CGT and need a little help deciding what to do.

My partner and I bought our first home last year (Mortgage ~$550k). We kept some of the deposit liquid for any surprise costs after moving in, and have been trying to fill the offset as much as I can. So Offset is currently $75k. Mortgage interest rate is currently 5.84%

I have a small amount of ETFs (~$15k) that I bought after Covid (spent about 10k over a year or so). But I've never felt confident with investing, so it's just been sitting there.

I'm wondering if it might be sensible for me to sell my ETFs before any changes to CGT and just park it in offset?

My partner and I earn about $220k combined, before tax. If that changes anything.

Cert III Visual Arts - Does anyone know what the Online/Virtual experience is like?

I'm considering studying Visual Arts for personal development/interest. I want some structure and guidance to help me focus. However, I'm unsure how well visual arts will translate to a virtual setting and I don't live anywhere near a campus that serves arts related courses.

I've studied online before with success, but in much more academic subjects (lots of reading, writing and researching). I would have thought feedback in class would be important for visual arts. I also saw that studio time was a beneficial component of on campus classes, that is suspect would be missing from online.

Now I do have a full time job, so online/flexible is likely the only way I can study art in a formal setting. But I'd love any insight into how it might work / if it's worthwhile as an online course!
