2026 Tour Questions

Hi I just recently learned about this band and it has quickly become a new favorite of mine. I regularly listen to all their stuff on Spotify and have watched some of their live recorded concert clips on YouTube.

I tend to have a lot of free time in the summer so am considering a trip to a new part of the U.S. with a concert or festival to cap it off. I’m looking at two performances in particular, the CMA Fest one on June 5 and the Fan Fest one in Rexford, MT between June 24-June 28. Assuming I can get tickets and arrange travel accommodations (I’m still early on in this process and know they are coming up soon so I might be too late).

Since these are festivals, are the Red Clay Strays expected to perform a full concert set or just a handful of songs?

Pokémon Card Collection

A friend of mine was looking at his old collection so it prompted me to pull mine out.

My cards were very well handled even as a child, so while not mint condition they essentially haven’t been touched since the 1990’s when I first got them. No creases, tears, folds, spills, etc.

Any advice on value of the overall set or individual cards I should focus on the most? Is it usually best to sell as a set or on their own? If selling as a set, do you sell it by their evolution, Pokémon type (Fire, Grass, Water, etc), or the pack type (such as Team Rocket or whatever symbol is in the lower right of the Pokémon image)?

So far it feels like the Japanese cards seem to be valued less than English cards - is that common knowledge or is it just a weird coincidence I’m seeing?

For most of my career I worked multiple low paying jobs, often simultaneously. I never had time for myself, often was forced to work weekends/holidays, etc.

I’ve since started working a job that allots me a lot of free time in the Summer and much of the Fall so I’m trying to make up for lost time by traveling, experiencing live music, and meeting new people with similar interests. So I’m coming to you for inspiration.

I recently watched a movie about the Woodstock 1969 Music Festival and many attendees seemed to travel across the entire U.S. almost like a music pilgrimage.

I’d like to hear your best experiences of bands/venues/trips that you made that included a concert or music festival that took a high level of effort to go to, but was 100% worth the time, money, and energy you invested in it. I’m particularly interested in ones that are still held that I can actually attend in the Summer and Fall months, but even if the performer is retired/dead or something I still want to know about it.

I’m primarily interested in jazz, blues, bluegrass, folk, soul, Woodstock era rock, southern rock, Motown, funk, etc. but I’m certainly open to other genres too.

Thanks everyone!
