I've never bought from taobao before, I'm completely new to this and wanted to make an account to buy some gyaru clothes. I set my account up on the mobile app and everything was fine. Then I tried to log into my account on my laptop and it forced me to add a phone number to my account. I got the verification texts and everything and it seemed to work, until I tried to log in for the final time and I got the pop up below on my laptop. I opened the app and got the same message. Is there anything I can do to fix this or am I just permanently screwed?
