So this morning I was waiting with 3 other people for our daily commute to downtown from Churchill. The P16 we usually take (last on the schedule) never showed up and wasn’t on the Transit or TrueTime app so we all waited just a few minutes before I called. When I got customer service they said it was on its way. We waited 10 more minutes and it didn’t show, then I called again and they put me on hold. While on hold they hung up and when I called back they had shut down the complaint line. I took it upon myself to drive the route backwards from my stop and found at least 3 other people waiting at P16 stops checking their phones. This is maybe the third or fourth time with this specific route but I am so tired of these deceptive tactics from PRT. They clearly hate their riders. Just tell us the route is canceled so we can go home instead
