whenever i get a bit too high i get stuffy nose and was wondering if it was a common occurrence for other people?

this happens regardless of the way i consume cannabis (smoking flower, taking dabs, edibles, etc.) and because it happens regardless of the method of consumption i don’t think it’s allergies or anything.

i wanted to know if anyone had similar experiences and what the best way to get high without worrying about my breathing due to stuffy nose.
