Help from pastry chefs needed: Make my happy life by making a happy wife

Hello Chefs,

my wife is in a 3 year pastry chef apprenticeship and is about 1/3 of the way through. Now I need your help.

My wife is about to turn 30. I'm looking for industry standard pastry chef equipment that I could get for her, and if there's anyone I would trust with their opinion, it's pastry chefs themselves. I don't trust the articles reachable by search engine nowadays to give me a battle-tested, non-ad opinion. I'd really appreciate it if you could give me your most used, most trusted tool.

Hisense RS650N4AF2 fridge/freezer Ice Maker overextending

Hey everyone, I've got a problem with my Hisense fridge freezer combo. The ice maker doesn't fill anymore, but in regular intervals it will try to expel ice cubes but get stuck in a loop of overextending and producing this horrible banging noise. It is doing this even if I do an electronics reset.

Does anyone have an idea of how to fix this? I've already had it fixed once before, but the fridge is now out of warranty so I'd like to fix it myself first if I can.
