Could anyone please tell me how to get permits for the Nelji hills trek? I heard that the Neelakurinji flowers are blooming there. Is it worth it?

Also are both the Brahmagiri and Tadiandamol treks in Coorg currently closed? Couldn't find them on the Aranya Vihaara website.
