This survey on the future of trans healthcare in the Republic of Ireland was shared on a discord server I'm on and I've been sharing it widely.

If you are a trans person living in the Republic of Ireland or you are the parent of a transgender child or the carer of a transgender adult, this could be an important survey for you to take part in.
