Arrived today: 10 Mark Frederick August III

One more 10 Mark gold coin added to collection. Really nice looking coin with portrait of Saxony last king Frederick August III. Year 1909 had highest mintage of all years and it is 112 070 pieces. Total of coins minted from 1905-1912 according to Numista was 712 000. Coin is circulated but with really nice details and some patina.

20 Lire - Vittorio Emanuele III 1905 R

Hello, i have this rare 1905 R Vittorio Emanuele III 20 Lire gold coin with mintage of 8 715 . But it is pretty damaged. There are some marks on the obverse side and some rim damage on reverse side.

So question is how much will this damage affect numismatic value of coin because it is a rare coin and in good condition it has some premium? And if it get graded it will probably get "damaged" and not grade? When coin is looked with bare eye this damage is not looking that bad, so don't want to sell it because i like this coin but I want to learn how much damage like this affect rare coin like this.

Does anybody know what this coin from 1862 with R mark is? Usually is for Rome mint but cant find much about it on 1862 year coin. Usually is for those from 1970+ and those 1862 usually has markings T BN like other one.
