Does anyone know anybody who can build a simple interface to dial?
I am tired of using my flows to dial, it takes a while.
I’m getting some quotes from Fiverr, but maybe anyone here knows someone?
Or even how to do it?
I’m eating 2 lbs of 73/27 ground beef a day. Sometimes with eggs and some liver.
But 130 grams of protein isn’t what I was expecting. Is this data accurate?
I was hoping to be closer to 170 grams, I was getting more protein on a traditional “bulking” diet for less money.
Not to say that I’m trying to bulk, but I’m trying to keep the high ratio in there.

I am getting bicep pain trying to learn the 1 arm swing due to “directing” the kettlebell.
It feels like I have to swing it at an angle (see the red line in the photo) to get it to go under my legs, or else it just hits my knee. (see the blue line)
So basically I’m constantly fighting the natural path of the swing, as it wants to go straight.
Everyone also says “keep a parallel” back and to avoid it from pulling your shoulders down, theoretically that makes it harder as now you really have to angle it.
I can do 2 arm swings pretty well, because it naturally falls between my legs.
Advice?
So nobody I work with talks about how to get knowledgeable insight from the market. I am a younger agent, so the older guys just know from decades experience.
This insight came to me after I heard somebody talk about having trouble finding long term tenants to place… well… Is there a demand for more long term rentals in your area?
I would like to be on top of this, as a future investor myself I want to know:
How do I preform market research, what data indicators should I look at? What’s most important?
I don’t watch the news, but what news sources should I be looking at?
Any suggestions for books about how the real estate market runs or related books? I would like to get deep into this topic.
