Coming from Centurylink and feel like I was tricked by Sales team

CenturyLink 940Mbps fiber customer with $65 dollar price for life in Colorado and previously I had e-mails about the cutover to Quantum/At&t and successfully made a Quantum customer login and all has been well. Last night 3 Quantum badged sales staff showed up late at night claiming I wasn't really cutover and insisting I sign up again and have to use a different e-mail (which later to me proves my original e-mail is actually in Quantum as a customer) and losing price for life. After talking to others in my area, they didn't have this experience and I feel like I was either tricked by them to drive up their sales quota, tricked so Quantum doesn't have to keep my price for life or both.

Technicians are supposed to be coming in about a week to switch out the gear as well.

Really feel like I was conned in this transition.
