Help NIOS ODE — Can I rebook a missed exam for September?

I’m a Class 12 NIOS Stream 4 student. I couldn’t attend my Painting ODE exam today due to being unwell.
Can I register/book Painting again for a September ODE date? I already have my other two subjects scheduled for September.
Also, will the marks from all my subjects eventually come together on one DigiLocker marksheet, or will I get separate marksheets?
Would really appreciate it if anyone who has been through this could help. 🙏

Can I still get admission in a private college after a July compartment exam?

I have a compartment exam in July, and I'm a bit worried about college admissions.

I want to pursue design and am currently considering colleges like Amity, Bennett University, and AAFT. Since my compartment result will come after the July exam, I'm concerned that it might be too late for admissions by then.

Has anyone here taken a compartment exam and still managed to get admission to a private college afterward?

Do colleges like Amity, Bennett, or AAFT allow provisional admission until the compartment result is declared? And realistically, will seats still be available by that time?

I'd really appreciate any advice or personal experiences.

Thanks ♥️

Am I completely cooked academically or do I still have a chance?

I genuinely don’t know what to do anymore and I just want to know if anyone has been in a similar situation.

I gave Class 12 in 2025 with PCM + 6 subjects. Taking PCM was honestly one of the worst decisions I made for myself. I failed in 2 subjects, but since you only need to pass 5 subjects overall, I only had to clear one subject to officially pass. I chose Maths for compartment.

Then things just kept getting worse.

Gave first compartment in July 2025 → failed

Applied again as a private candidate in 2026 for Maths → failed again

Now I’m preparing for my THIRD attempt in July 2026 and this is basically my last chance

The weird thing is I actually feel more serious now than before. I’ve finally started studying properly and I think I can clear it this time, but mentally this whole situation has destroyed my confidence.

The worst part is I haven’t properly told my parents the full situation. They think I took a drop year to prepare for college entrance exams, not that I’ve been stuck in this compartment cycle for so long. Every time they ask about colleges or exams I feel guilty and anxious.

I’m interested in Fashion Communication and creative/design-related fields, which makes this situation feel even more ironic because maths has basically become the thing holding my entire life back.

But I’m scared colleges will reject me because:

this is my third attempt

there’s a gap now

and my academic record looks messy

Right now I’m trying to balance:

compartment prep

college applications

entrance exams

and honestly my mental state is all over the place

I just want to know honestly:

Am I actually cooked or do private colleges still accept students with situations like this if they finally pass?

And if anyone has gone through repeated compartments/gap years/private candidate stuff, please tell me how things turned out for you.
