So if I get all this, is it everything new for Legacy minus the recharge packs?

Hey all, I am a newer homeowner, I live in eastern central Florida and my 2.5 unit & ducts were replaced when I moved in (12/24). One vent in my house has condensation and also mold showing near a skylight in the bathroom. I got a quote today to do “duct sealing” cause apparently it was done incorrectly back in 2024 and they quoted $2300. I have added some pictures that they showed me as well as the room. Am I being ripped off? They are showing me multiple areas but only 1 area has condensation.
