Was enjoying some drinks with my buddy at a really crowded club and was waiting for an Uber, was less than 5 minutes away last I checked.. put my phone back in my pocket and next time I went to reach for it, it was gone. I called Roger's this morning and the rep told me to sign up for device protection because it'll save me a lot of money and so on. I don't even know what other steps I should take after getting my phone stolen but I went ahead and added the device protection for $25 a month but now I'm wondering how long do I need to wait and what should I go about saying since I guess I got the device protection after I got my phone stolen.. anyone have good / bad experiences??
