Does anyone have any information about this bayonet?

Hi all!

This bayonet belonged to my father in law, who sadly passed a few years ago.

He was in the British military (we live in Wales), he was stationed in Libya, Germany and Northern Ireland but fought in a few other places.

Google Lens seems to tell me from the full photo that it's a Japanese Type 30 bayonet, but the crest on the top of the blade would indicate it's a U.S. Model 1917 bayonet.

If anyone has any further information, that would be amazing 😁

Thanks in advance!

Phones not charging overnight since last updatr

Hello!

I have a Pixel 8 Pro, my husband has the 9.

We both got the latest security update last week, and since then, neither of our phones charge properly overnight.

For example, my phone was on 43 percent last night when I plugged it in, today I woke up and it's on 56 percent.

I do have adaptive charging on, but that should at least get it to 80 percent.

If I put it on during the day (which I now have to because by the time I get to work, it'll be around 40 percent again!) it will charge to 80.

It's like it's charging, but REALLY slowly. And my charger is a powerful one, not a trickle charger or anything.

As you can see from the attached photos, it just will not charge since Saturday.

Any ideas??

Many thanks in advance!

UPDATE I read online that the latest update could have bugged the adaptive 80% charging, so I disabled it and plugged the phone back in, and it's actually gone DOWN 2% whilst on the charger!!
