Hello Athens people!

I’m looking for someone to take over my lease of my single apartment in December of this year! It’s a beautiful apartment at the top of the hill on West State street, a quick 3 minute walk to town, but still a relatively quiet street. It has a really magnificent kitchen for a loft/flat such as this and just gets flooded with natural light through its huge west facing windows. ($850 per month + utilities, no pets.)
