Dream trip from Australia
Thought I would drop in here for a bit of friendly advice and some possible suggestions.
I’m desperately keen to visit Nashville, mostly for the music scene. I have this impossibly unrealistic fantasy that all my favourite guitar players and musicians will be playing in all the bars there and I’ll just wander in at any hour of the day or night and see them all in their face melting glory. I doubt this is reality, but a man can dream.
Anyhow, I’m thinking of coming over for a week and a bit, probably just by myself. My 18 yr old daughter is half interested but I assume she won’t be allowed in the bars over there. Would also like to do some sight seeing and shopping and just have a general USA vibey visit. I’ve never been before and it is something very high up on the bucket list.
Would any locals be willing to suggest areas & places to stay, places to go, day trips, and anything I should build into my loose plan?
