I'm feeling a little sad and nervous and I know it's not ones fault but my own. I finished a milestone on Tuesday and I thought I hit submit but I guess I didnt. I only noticed today because when I tried to submit my final it wouldn't let me. I then realized I never hit submit on the milestone.

I submitted the milestone then reached out to the professor via email explaining and he never responded or graded that milestone so my final never unlocked. I emailed him again with the final attached (before the 11:59 pm deadline).

I'm just afraid he won't accept it. Has anyone been through this and the professor accepted it?

I am talking with a lawyer I will be filing last week of May when I get my paycheck so I can pay the lawyer.

I was wondering if anyone did ch7 bk and had Exeter finance and how soon did they pick up your vehicle. Hubby and I are surrendering it because it's not worth it. When I got the car I was desperate for a car because I am a working mom to 3 and we really needed a vehicle. Not sure if this matters but its probably upside down about 10k or a little more it's not a new car, 2019 ford explorer. I am nervous that they will file a motion to lift the stay to pick it up and I do not have a backup vehicle to drive to get to work and kids to school.

What are the chances they get it well before the 341 meeting?
