Curious about the live breaks tied to Golden Tickets. Anyone actually participated and what did you think?

I have been looking at the nimo axis lately. The specs seem pretty solid, but I'm more interested in real world experience than benchmark numbers.

How the warranty and repair process? If something goes wrong, is customer support actually helpful and easy to deal with? Most of what I've found online is about performance and hardware, but there's not much info about after sales service.

If you have used product before or had any experience with their support team, really appreciate hearing your thoughts. Just trying to learn a bit more about the brand before I place an order. Thx!
