In need of help understanding the process before closing.
This is my first time purchasing a home. I put in an appealing backup offer with earnest money down on my dream home that checks all boxes.
The offer in front of me is a VA online loan and has no earnest money down. No inspections.
What else is part of the process before they will be able to close??
