Hey guys, it's been nearly a year since I last posted about lit.salon, but I wanted to shill on RS subs again because it's always the best way we get good host of new users.

• We now have in-house book DB and custom search engine (this was the biggest problem since we relied on Openlibrary API, but now we have whipping fast operations)
• Complete UI revamp and overall polish with faster pages and snappier interactions, if you haven't seen the site recently, it probably looks completely different.
• More visibility, now you can make "unlisted" content
• Ability to hide comments or likes due to requests
• Book and user mentions through @
• Chat/DM is completely re-done
• More interesting customization options, e.g. users can now have full bleed backgrounds like silk: https://www.lit.salon/shelf/lowiqmarkfisher

• Almost done with goodreads import feature as well
• iOS app is incoming! I've been grinding on it day and night, hopefully out by end of summer.

Overall we're hovering around 250-300 daily active users, with around 3000 registrations.
