any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. 2008 honda pilot. 140k mil. been like this for 1-2 yrs and would make this sound every time i start the car but would slowly go away once the car heats up im guessing. Is this a concern? Or i can just leave it as is idk. it sounds like a sewing machine?

If its a failed tensioner perhaps, how much would that cost to fix? And do i take it to any repair shop uhh.. or can i fix it myself?
