They tell you the phone will be unlocked within one to 72 hours, and that if it isn't, you’ll get a full refund. But this is misleading—be careful dealing with them. I fell victim to their scam; my phone wasn't unlocked, even after I waited a week. The dispute is ongoing; I filed a claim with my bank, stating that I was defrauded and wanted to recover the $28 taken from me. After more than a week passed without the phone being unlocked, they emailed me saying I had to wait 45 days. They claimed that if the phone wasn't unlocked by then, I would get a full refund, but if I decided to withdraw after just 8 days, I would only get back 50%. Where are the consumer rights protections against these scammers? The government needs to hold them accountable and monitor their business practices and how they exploit people with misleading information they are fraudsters
