77 Days in Service!

Update: I edited out the two service workers standing at the front and rear tire, didn’t want to blast them on Reddit since the dealership has been good me and it isn’t their fault.

Actually, 76 days in service, one day home then back in service! Dealer has been great considering the headache.

Taken in to get my rims resurfaced and polished but got a communication fault the night before. Let them them know when I dropped it off, they said they’ll update the core computer and that that should help. After a couple of weeks, went to pick it up. While it was being pulled up, it died in the lot with the service tech still in the drivers seat. They COULD NOT get it in drive! Had to put it on skates and roll it around the lot like a piece of luggage!

8 weeks later, I’m told it’s fixed. Couldn’t believe it , had lost hope at that point but picked it up, drove it home and remembered why I loved this vehicle so much to begin with. The next morning, communication fault and couldn’t put it in drive. Called the dealer, let them know to expect me and got the number for tow service. Error cleared itself after 10min, put it in drive and took it to the dealership.

Moral of the story? It was cool seeing a car skating around a lot! 🛼
