Hello everyone. I recently purchased a Sync 1 to Sync 3 kit for my 2017 Ford Fusion SE. This kit was purchased off of eBay and was pre-programmed with my VIN. Everything works great except I hear no audio from my phone when I connect it via phone call, BT audio, and Android audio. I have normal function with regular radio, however no sound with anything to do with my phone. I was instructed by the seller to change the first line of the ACM module to 9800 instead of 5800, which had no effect. I have also tried disconnecting the battery for 30 minutes and removing fuses 32 and 33. I am very frustrated as this is my main source of audio, and I am wondering if anyone has any recommendations. Thank you!
