Unstable FM Radio signal (hissing while moving)

Hello, I installed an Android 14 head unit, and I'm using the antenna cable which was used from the old radio, where I've never had issues with a bad signal, but here on the Android Head Unit, I'd say that if I stay on same place, radio is good, but when I start moving, after 200-300 meters the radio signal is getting worse and after a while I entirely stop hearing any other sound apart from "pshhhhhhhhhhhh" 😁.

I found some places on the internet where they say the antenna should be powered, but first want to hear some opinions here and where I should connect it to. On the head unit harness, I have one wire "AUTO ANT", which is currently not connected to anything.

Unable to Install Rear Camera on Android Head Unit

Hello! These days, I'm spending time installing an Android head unit I took for my Golf 5. It's Chinese, branded as 'CJ-CP605', if that matters. The head unit comes with a CANBUS decoder and is working properly as a replacement for the old radio, using the 40-pin connector, but I have issues with making the rear camera that arrived in the same package set.

So, the current setup I tested, see Picture 1, I connected both red wires after the extension together, and in front (head unit side), I only had the yellow male RCA connector connected to the multimedia's female connector (see Picture 2). By that, when I switch on reverse gear, I see multimedia is changing its picture and trying to show the camera's picture, but it is showing no camera.

I also tried the following - I connected wires from Picture 3 to the reverse light, but I noticed that only the LED lights on the camera unit are lighting, still no signal to the head unit, and no picture.

My question is - what am I missing? The only thing I can think of is - should I connect both red wires from Picture 3? The one that is coming from the yellow plug and the other coming from the red/black one? I haven't done that yet, because I am not 100% sure that is safe.

The other option I can see in videos is to wire the red cable on Picture 2 with the brown "BACK" cable, but in my case, the BACK cable is starting from the power harness and is connected to the CANBUS decoder, and I'm not 100% sure that it is safe to tap the red wire there. You can see that brown cable on Picture 4.

I was researching, and on videos I managed to find that most people have to connect the red wire to the "BACK" cable, but in their case, it seems they don't have CANBUS decoder, and their brown "BACK" cable is free and is not connected to the decoder, where in my case it is connecter to the decoder and is coming from the power harness.

Aftermarket Android Head Unit - No Sound

Hello, I’m trying to install a CJ-CP605 multimedia unit in a Golf 5 (2007), and everything seems to work fine until it comes time to get sound from it (I’m using the built-in sounds in the Multimedia to rule out an issue with the radio/antenna itself). I changed the CAN profile to the one I saw recommended online (VW-SKODA_R12 (2004 Passat/2007 Passat)), but there’s still no sound. I also suspect that something may have been "touched" with the adapter/connector wiring — there are some loose individual wires wrapped in electrical tape (visible in the photos), and the radio isn’t the stock one but some kind of Clarion unit.

Is there anything else that can be done to get the sound working? I fully admit I may be overlooking something myself, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Photo #1 – connection from the multimedia unit to the car’s connector
Photo #2 – the same connector viewed from the car side
Photo #3 – the two separate connectors that together plug into one of the stereo’s connectors (these two are not connected anywhere when I hook up the multimedia unit, and I suspect this might be the reason).

PS: I just noticed that I have blue wire in the PCA Input/Output, is there something to do with it?
